【摘要】 为了解北京地区猪群(种猪、商品猪和小型猪)在春、夏、秋、冬四季中是否携带禽流感H5、H7、H9亚型和猪流感H1、H3、H9亚型病毒以及血清中是否具有禽流感病毒和猪流感病毒相应亚型的抗体,2004年3月至2005年3月在北京8个区(县)18个猪场采集并检测了713份猪血清样品,所有检测血清样本中禽流感H5、H7和H9亚型HI抗体效价全部为0;713份血清样本中猪流感H1亚型的阳性率为11．78％、猪流感H3亚型的阳性率为11．36％、猪流感H9亚型的阳性率为0．98％。采自713头猪鼻、咽拭子的病毒分离结果为禽流感H5、H7和H9亚型和猪流感H1、H3、H9亚型病毒均为0。试验结果初步证实:在 2004年春季至2005年春季(1)采样猪群没有被禽流感H5、H7、H9亚型病毒感染过,也未携带禽流感H5、H7、H9亚型病毒;(2)采样猪群中被猪流感H1、H3、H9亚型病毒感染过,但未分离到相应亚型的病毒。更多还原

【Abstract】 To gain insight into the epidemiology of avian influenza H5、H7、H9 virus and swine influenza H1、H3、H9 virus and antibody were carried out in 8 different districts of Beijing. Serological testing was performed on 713 pig serum samples of 18 piggeries from March, 2004 to March,2005. There are zero of AIV H5、H7、H9 subtype HI antibody in the 713 swine serum, but SIV H1、H3、H9 subtype HI antibody positive rate are 11.78%、11.36% and 0.98%. There are not isolated H5、H7、H9 subtype AIV and H1、H3、H9 subtype SIV from 713 nose and pharynx swabs. The results indicate that there are no H5、H7、H9 subtype AIV and H1、H3、H9 subtype SIV, no related antibody in the piggeries in spring 2004 to 2005.更多还原
