熊果酸抗小鼠移植性肿瘤的实验研究

【摘要】 目的评价熊果酸对小鼠H22、S180和3LL瘤株的抗肿瘤活性作用,为临床应用提供依据。方法采用荷瘤小鼠作为移植性肿瘤实验动物模型。同性别,体重18-22g,接种肿瘤后随机分组,每组10只。试验设正常对照组、环磷酰胺阳性对照组、熊果酸高、中、低剂量组,共5组。每天定时给药,正常对照组每天注射等量生理盐水:连续14天。结果熊果酸可影响H22、S180和3LL肿瘤的生长速度,瘤体积缩小,瘤体重量减轻,抑瘤效果较明显, 抑瘤率分别达48.88%、39.13%和41.82%。结论熊果酸对H22、S180和3LL荷瘤小鼠具有一定抗肿瘤活性作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the anti-tumour-activity effect of ursolic acid for H22、S180 and 3LL, provide a evidence for clinical application. Methods Use tumour load mouse as transplantable carcinomas animal model. Same sex, weight 18-20g, random divide group after inoculate tumour cell, 10 mouse in every group, the experiment including 5 groups: normal control group, positive group and 3 doses of the new drug were chosen for each pharmacodynamic research then. Give the drug on time for every group, and normal control group with equate water, series for 14 days. in the formula pharmcodynamic tests. Results. Ursolic acid can affect tumour growth speed for H22、S180 and 3LL. The volume of tumour was reducing, weight was light and growth inhibition effect on transplantabe tumour was in evidence. The inhibition rate for tumour can reach at 48.88%,39.13% and 41.82%. Conclusion Ursolic acid have a good anti-tumour-activity effect for H22、S180 and 3LL.
