【摘要】 采用多重PCR和四色荧光(5’FAM、JOE、NED和ROX)自动化检测技术调查中国警犬种犬PEZ1、FHC2054、FHC2010、PFZ5、PEZ20、PEZ12、PEZ3、PEZ6、PEZ8和FHC2079等10个STR基因座多态性,并计算该10个基因座的等位基因频率(P)、杂合度(H)、多态信息含量(PIC)和非父排除率(PE)。实验警犬为7个品种269头种犬。结果显示该10个STR位点的非父排除率(PE)为99.7287%、个体识别力(DP)为99.9991%。共调查了7个品种的11个家系48头犬的10个STR基因座上的基因型,建立了警犬STR-DNA亲子鉴定方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 By multiplex amplifica- tion and four fluorescent technique, the polymorphism distributions of ten STR loci, PEZ1、FHC2054、FHC2010、PEZ5、PEZ20、PEZ12、PEZ3、PEZ6、PEZ8 and FHC2079 were investigated in china police-dog population. Gene frequency(P), expected heterozygosity(H), polymorphism information content (PIC) and probability of paternity exclusion(PE) were calculated by tested 269 dogs in 7 breeds. Cumulate DP of ten STR loci is 99.9991%,Cumulate PE of ten STR loci is 99.7287%. a Policedog parentage’s Identification based on it,and tested included 11 families 48 dogs of ten STR to identify their parentage.更多还原
