【摘要】 本文使用5.0MHz电子扇扫和电子线阵探头通过直肠内探查,对不同妊龄的137头黑白花奶牛进行了妊娠检查。早期妊娠检查声像图主要表现为妊囊和/或胚斑,探查到其中之一者即可确诊为妊娠。配种后26～30天妊娠检查确诊率高达88.9%,高于50日龄左右的直肠检查相当;配种后31～35日龄时的确诊率为97.2%;配种后35日龄以上者,确诊率均达到100%。B超诊断法快捷、简便、准确率高,对早期妊娠以实时图像显示,具有客观性,是一种良好的早期妊娠诊断法。更多还原

【Abstract】 137 inseminated cows were detected with B-model ultrasound for the purpose of pregnancy diagnosis. The main pregnancy images are embryonic vesicle and/or embryo proper. The accurate diagnostic rate 26-30 days after insemination was 88.9%, which was higher than the accurate diagnostic rate of rectl exams 50 d after inseminafion; it was97.2% between 31 to 35 d post insemination and 100% the day after insemination. B-mode ultrasound is a useful method for the early detection of dairy gestation.更多还原
