B超检查黑白花奶牛同期发情和超数排卵期卵巢发育的初步研究
A PRIMARY STUDY ON THE OVARY CHECKING BY ULTRASCANER IN COW’S SYNCHROESTRUS AND SUPEROVULATION

【摘要】 本实验采用AMI-900兽用B超,观察了20头成年奶牛在同期发情和超数排卵期的卵巢发育。卵巢最大直径在同期发情期的第二天增大到一个最大值,在第三天恢复新的状态后,缓慢增长,并在第六天达到新的最大。卵巢在超数排卵期的增长速度最快,第三天达到最大,最大的卵巢58.0*35.0mm。其形态也由起初的多形态到最后的长圆形和类圆形。卵泡在同期发情期增长速度比较平稳,在第五天达到最大,随后在第六天恢复新状态。卵泡在超数排卵期增长速度加快,最大的卵泡为21.8*18.2mm,卵泡壁也在此期变得更薄,可由同期发情期的4mm下降到超数排卵期的2mm。冲胚日卵巢大小在63±3.2mm,52±2.3mm时的胚胎可用率最大,为76.3%,而卵巢大小在72±3.4mm*58±4.1mm时的黄体数和冲胚数都为最大,分别为14.5±3.2个,10.4±2.5个。利用B超技术检查奶牛同期发情和超数排卵期的卵巢发育是可行的。
【Abstract】 The experiment adopt the AMI-900 ultrascarner, and observed the ovary growth of 20 adulthood milk cow during synchroestrus and superovulation. During synchroestrus, the ovarys are biggest on the second day; On the third day, new appearance of instauration appear; then slowness increase, combine to attain on the sixth day new biggest. During superovulation ovarys s are fiat-out the most quickly, and attain the third day biggest, biggest ovary 58.0*35.0 mm. Its form changed from different to long circular or circular. The follicle increased steadily during synchroestrus, attaining on the fifth day biggest, later on the sixth day are new appearance of instauration. The follicle increased quickly during superovulation, biggest follicle is 21.8*18.2 mm, the wall of the follicle become more thin, can be 4 mm during synchroestrus descend to 2 mm during superovulation. The day of embryos collection, ovary size are at 63±3.2mm*52±2.3mm, and the rate of useful embryo was biggest, for 76.3%. Whale ovary size at 72±3.4mm*58±4.1mm, the number of corpus luteum and embryos collection are biggest, respectively for 14.5±3.2, and 10.4±2.5. Makeing use of the ultrascan technique to check the ovary growth of milk cow during synchroestrus or superovulation is viable.
