【摘要】 从四川地区发病仔猪分离到三株病毒(SC1、SC2和SC3),电镜下可见病毒呈球形,有囊摸,病毒能在Marc-145细胞上生长并致细胞出现CPE。直径约55nm,核酸为RNA,不凝集猪、黄牛、犬、兔、豚鼠、鸡、鸭、鹅的红细胞;pH2、3、4、8、9、10处理30min和56℃处理60 min病毒即失去对Marc-145细胞的感染能力。经病毒中和实验、特异性单克隆免疫荧光抗体和特异性RT-PCR鉴定表明分离毒为美洲型猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV),分离病毒回归30日龄仔猪可出现高热和呼吸道症状。本研究首次从病原学角度证实美洲型PRRSV在四川的存在,利用分离毒制备的疫苗具有良好的免疫原性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Three strain of virus (SC1,SC2and SC3) were isolated from Sichuan district. The viruses were sphericity with envelope, about 50nm in diameter and can growth in the Marc-145 cell line and induce CPE,. Nucleic acid is RNA, The viruses can’t agglutinate red celis from pis,scalper,dog,rabbit,guinea pig,chicken,duck and goose. When the viruses deal with pH2、 3、 4、 8、 9、 10 for 30 min and 56℃60 min, the viruses can’t infected Marc-145 cell line. Three strain of virus are identified as Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Virus(PRRSV) belong American by observed in electric microscope, immunofluorescent test, virus neutralization test and RT-PCR test. 30 days piglet took place respiratory signs and high animal heat after inoculated vvith the isolates. Oil-emulsion inactivated vaccine made from SC1 is excellent in immunogenic and excellent laboratory and field experiment proved preventing PRSS.更多还原
