乳酸环丙沙星对鲤鱼肠道菌群的影响

【摘要】 本文采用常规细菌的鉴定方法,研究了乳酸环丙沙星对鲤鱼肠道菌群的影响,结果表明鲤鱼经口灌服乳酸环丙沙星前后,细菌的数量和组成比例都发生了明显的改变。鲤鱼在应用乳酸环丙沙星前,肠道前、中、后肠段的细菌数量为106-108CFU/g,经口灌服乳酸环丙沙星后肠道细菌的数量减少,并且组成比例也发生了改变,用药后120h细菌的组成比例尚未完全恢复到用药前的水平,肠道内细菌的变化情况主要为,肠道前、中、后肠段的气单胞菌属的比例都明显下降,其它的细菌比例明显升高。而且出现有些种属的细菌在用药后不能检出的现象。这些结果表明乳酸环丙沙星应用于水产养殖后,容易导致水产动物肠道菌群的失衡,且恢复到用药前的水平较慢。
【Abstract】 The general method of identifying bacteria was used in the paper for studying the effect of ciprofloxacin on microflora in intestine of carp. The bacteria number in foregut, midgut, hindgut is 106-108CFU/g before oral administration ciprofloxacin. The changing of the number and consisting ratio of microflora was noticed after oral administration ciprofioxacin. The consisting ratio of bacteria wasn’t recovery after 120h of oral administration ciprofloxacin. The radio of Aer. declined but that of the rest bacteria increased and some of bacteria couldn’t be detected after oral administration with ciprofloxacin The result shows that the balance of microflora in intestine of carp was damaged seriously ,moreover, its recovery is slow.
