不同微生态制剂对鲤鱼肠道蛋白酶、淀粉酶活力的影响

【摘要】 本试验应用四种不同的微生态制剂饲养鲤鱼,测定鲤鱼肠道内容物中蛋白酶和淀粉酶(AMS)含量,算出蛋白酶比活和淀粉酶比活。结果显示:试验组鲤鱼的蛋白酶比活均高于对照组,而四个试验组中第V组蛋白酶比活又高于其它试验组(差异不显著);淀粉酶比活试验组均高于对照组(P<0.05),其中第v组的淀粉酶比活最高(比对照组提高了286%)。

【Abstract】 To calculate the specific activity of the proteinase and the amylase in the intestinal content of the carps after fed with four different probiotics, The results showed that the specific activity of the proteinase or the amylase in each of the experimental groups was higher than that of the control group respectively ,the difference of the specific activity of the amylase was significant(P < 0.05)),and that of the group 5, which was the highest among all the experimental groups, was increased to 286.0%
