猪和兔胚胎胃肠道菌群的初步研究

【摘要】 对常规饲养,正常妊娠的不同日龄猪胚和兔胚的胃、空肠、盲肠内容物分别取样进行需氧和厌氧培养,API系统板条和生化鉴定,结果表明:猪、兔胚胎胃肠道内普遍存在不同的正常菌群,优势菌为埃希氏菌属(Esoheriehia),检出出率为100%,其他菌群检出较低,依次为微球菌属(Micrococcus),葡萄球菌属(Staphylococcus),变形杆菌属(Proteus),消化链球菌属(Peptostre Ptococcus)和乳杆菌属(Lactobacillus)。该项研究可为进一步深入探索不同动物胚胎阶段消化道菌群的生态生理及其与宿主的相互关系等提供新的理论基础。

【Abstract】 The contents in the stomach, jejunum and caecum of different aged embryo of pigs and rabbits were sampled and cultured with naerobic and anerobic methods. The pigs and rabbits were all normally raised and pregnant. The results show there are different normai microbial in the embryo. The normai microbial were identified with biochemical and API system methods. The dominant microbial is Esoherichia, the detection rate was 100%, the other microbials’ detection rate were lower, respectively is Micrococcus, Staphylococcus, Proteus, Peptostreptococcus and Bactobacillus. This study provides the theorical base for further research on the ecology and physiology of the normai microbial, the relationship between host and the normai microbial.
