胃肠激素及其营养生理功能的研究进展

【摘要】 胃肠道是机体内、外环境进行物质和信息交流的重要部位,胃肠道与神经中枢相互作用,不仅影响着动物消化、吸收、代谢等营养生理过程,也影响着机体自身的生理状态,并由此决定着动物的生长、发育和健康状况。因此认识胃肠道与机体之间的信号传导途径及胃肠激素的作用机制,有助于我们更好地认识动物的营养生理机制。近几年,胃肠道内分泌,尤其是胃肠激素及其受体基因的结构、功能与表达以及胃肠道激素作用的分子机制方面取得了较大的研究进展。人们对胃肠激素在体内的分布有了更全面的认识,并克隆了各种胃肠激素的受体,发现了越来越多的激素受体的竞争抑制因子或颉颃剂,采用药物调节胃肠消化生理功能已成为可能。本文在回顾胃肠激素研究历史的基础上,主要讨论胃肠激素在动物营养生理方面的最新研究进展及其在分子生物学方面的研究成果。

【Abstract】 The coordination of the digestive and neuoral systems is more elucidated as gastrointestinal endocrinology is being studied more deeply. The digestive tract plays an important role where nutrientsand physiological signals are exchanged between the inside and outside of the body, which influences animal digestion, absorption and metabolism, and thereby determines body growth, developmentand health condition. Therefore, good understanding of signal conduction between the digestive tract and brain will help us comprehend the animal nutritional physiological mechanism. Recently, it has made great progress in gastrointestinal endocrinology, especially in gastrointestinal hormones and their receptors gene structure, expression and the molecular mechanism of these hormone functions. It is now well-known of gastrointestinal hormone distribution at gut and brain, cloning of more and more hormone receptors, discovering of a lot of competitive inhibitors or antagonists, and makes it feasible to regulate the gastrointestinal physiology by using medicines. This article reviews the researchhistory of gastrointestinal hormones, and on this basie, discusses the advances in molecular biologyof gastrointestinal hormone function on the aspect of animal nutrition physiology.
