日粮中不同植酸酶和植酸磷水平对产蛋鸡脏器组织镁含量的影响

【摘要】 选936只28周龄健康的罗曼产蛋鸡,随机分成13个组,每组设6个重复。采用3×4因子设计,3个日粮植酸磷水平,分别为0.15%,0.20%和0.25%;4个植酸酶水平,分别为0,200,300,400 FTU/kg。旨在研究日粮中不同植酸酶和植酸磷水平对产蛋鸡脏器组织镁含量的影响。试验结果显示,在日粮中添加植酸酶显著提高血浆镁含量(p<0.05)。各种日粮中添加植酸酶呈现提高肝脏、胫骨镁含量的趋势,试验至80 d,在日粮植酸磷为0.2%的日粮中添加200 FTU/kg植酸酶肝脏镁的水平显著高于不加植酸酶组(p<0.05)。各种日粮中添加植酸酶,蛋黄镁和粪便镁含量的变化没有明显的规律性。日粮植酸磷含量为0.25%的日粮,粪便镁含量显著高于植酸磷为0.15%和0.20%的日粮(p<0.05),表明高植酸磷日粮导致镁的吸收障碍。综合分析,日粮中添加植酸酶可提高镁的存留。
【Abstract】 A 80-day study was conducted to the effect of different levels of phytase and phytate phosphorus(PP) in the ration on the content of viscera and tissue magnesium in laying hens.936 28-weeks LOHMANN laying hens were divided into 13 sections randomly,Every section has 6 repetitions (12 hens/repetition).The experimental design was a 3×4 factorial arrangement of treatment.The levels of phosphorus in the ration were 0.15%,0.20% and 0.25%.The levels of phytase were 0,200,300,400 FTU/kg.Various diets with different levels phytase improve the content of phasma magnesium (p<0.05).Various diets with different levels phytase show increasing the tendency of tibia and liver magnesium.At 80 day,supplementing 200 FTU/kg phytase in 0.20% phytate phosphorus diet,liver magnesium was more high than no supplementing phytase significantly (p<0.05).supplementing phytase in every diets,the change of yolk and excreta magnesium had not regularity.The excreta magnesium was moe high in 0.25% phytate phosphorus diet than in 0.15% and 0.20% phytate phosphorus diet significantly(p<0.05).In a word,supplementing phytasein the diets increase the level of magnesium in the viscera and tissue.
