【摘要】 26匹健康国产赛马,先于厩舍内在安静状态下采血,测其血液化学健康参考值;热身8 min后由骑手全速策骑1640 m,分别于热身后及运动后第5,10,30,60 min采血,测定血液化学参数的动态变化。结果表明:国产赛马与国外赛马相比,大部分血液化学参数的差异不显著,但Hb偏低,LACT显著升高;体能好的赛马与体能差的马相比,LACT,Glu参数在运动前后变化的幅度较大,Hb,Albu,BUN,Cl值较高,其他参数差异不明显,所有血液化学参数均在运动后60 min恢复到休息时水平。赛马在运动前后血液化学的动态变化对诊断赛马体能、预测赛马成绩有一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 26 domestic racing horses rested at the stables,their blood samples were collected in order to determine blood chemistry values,then these horses sprinted 1640m after 8min warming up,their blood samples were also collected at the end of warming up and 5,10,30,60min after sprint.The result showed that the most of hemachemistry parameters,in contrast to the foreign racing horses,had no significant differences,but the Hb values were lower.The LACT,Glu parameter values of good performance horses fluctuated greater before and after sprint than that of poor performance,the other parameters had no significant differences.All hematological almost returned to the rest levels 60min after sprints.更多还原
