【摘要】 将28日龄SPF鸡47只分为4组,第1、2、3组各12只,每组每只分别肌注0.1ml、0.3ml、0.5ml禽流感又活油乳剂苗;第4组11只为对照组。各试验组鸡分别在免疫后1、2、3、5、7、8周采血,测定H9抗体水平;并且在免疫3周后,用AIV—H9N2进行攻毒,攻毒剂量为0.2ml/只,攻毒后观察2周,统计死亡数,观察疫苗的免疫攻毒保护效果。结果显示,免疫剂量为0.5ml/只比0.1或0.3ml/只时免疫效果要好;攻毒用的AIV—H9N2致病力低,对所有实验鸡均不致死。更多还原

【Abstract】 Forty serven SPF chickens aged of 28 days were divided into 4 groups. There were 12 chickens in each of the first 3 groups and vaccinated by intramuscular injection with inactivated oil-emulsion vaccine against AIV at dosage of 0. 1ml/chicken, 0. 3ml/chicken and 0. 5ml/chicken respectively. There were 11 chickens in the 4th group as blank control. Serums of all chickens were collected at the 1st,2nd, 3rd,5th,7th and 8th week post-vaccination for HI test use. All chickens were challenged with AIV-H9N2 at a dosage of 0. 2ml/chicken at the 3rd week post-vaccination. It was showed by the results that vaccainated at a dosage of 0. 5ml/chicken was better than at a dosage of 0. 1 or 0. 3ml/chicken, and the AIV-H9N2 challenged was not a high-pathogenicity virus and not induce death to all of the chichens.更多还原
