不同处理方法对秸秆营养价值影响
EFFECT OF DIFFERENT TREATMENTS ON THE NUTRITIVE VALUE OF RICE STRAW

【摘要】 通过感官评定、适口性观察、营养成分及DM、ADF和NDF 瘤胃48小时降解率测定,研究了氨化、秸秆发酵活十菌微贮和有效微生物群(EM)处理对稻草营养价值的影响。结果表明,各处理稻草的外观、适口性以微贮为最好,但各处理稻草都符合饲用要求;各处理除氨化可提高稻草CP20.98%外,对其它营养成分几乎无影响;微贮和氨化可分别提高稻草DM、NDF和ADF的瘤胃48小时的降解率21.58%、31.38%、39.70%和18.14%、35.92%、28.40%,而EM处理对提高这些指标的作用不大。
【Abstract】 Rice straw was treated by ammonia bicarbonate, silaged with dry preparation of microorganisms and effective microorganisms respectively. Effect of different treatments on the nutritive value of rice straw was evaluated according to outward appearance, appetite and nutrients of rice straw and degradability of DM, NDF and ADF in the rumen in 48 hr. The results showed that the rice straw silaged with dry preparation of microorganisms was the best in outward appearance and appetite. Nutrients of rice straw were not affected by treatments except ammonification, which increase CP by 20.98%. Silage with dry preparation of microorganisms raised the degradability of DM, NDF and ADF of rice straw by 21.58%, 31.38% and 39.70% respectively, ammonification did those by 18.04%, 35.92% and 28.40% respectively, but silage with effective microorganisms did not improve those.
