日粮结构对绵羊小肠内瘤胃微生物氨基酸利用的影响

【摘要】 用4只装有瘤胃瘘管、十二指肠近端瘘管和回肠末端瘘管的去势(公母各半)萨福克羊(体重平均为45.5±5.2kg),在饲喂不同比例的鸭毛草R和特制精饲料(C)(R:C 10:0、7:3、5:5、3:7)的日粮条件下,对小肠内的瘤胃微生物(主要为细菌)氨基酸利用情况进行了研究。结果表明:1.瘤胃细菌所含标记物DAPA浓度在10:0~5:5日粮条件下很稳定(2.0mg/g·DM).3:7组则显著地升高(2.6mg/g ·DM);十二指肠和回肠内容物中DAPA浓度分别随着日粮精饲料水平提高而增大(分别为0.37~0.50、0.27~0.47mg/g·DM)。2.体重换算为40kg的绵羊每只每天进入十二指肠和回肠的DAPA量差异不显著,分别为0.16~0.19和0.06~0.07g:3.随着日粮中精饲料水平的提高,每100g细菌体中所含Cys、Met和Trp量显著地减少(p<0.05)(r=-0.99、-0.75、-0.66),DAPA量则显著地增加(p<0.05)(r=0.88)。4.随着日粮中精饲料水平提高小肠内被吸收的菌体氨基酸量在7:3~3:7组显著地减少(p<0.01),10:0组则低于7:3组而接近于5:5组。
【Abstract】 Four castrated Suffolk sheep (average body weight 45.5 ± 5kg) with rumen cannula, duodenum cannula, and ileum cannula were used to determine the utilization rate of amino acid from rumen bacteria in small intestine with different orchardgrass hay(R):concentrate(C) ratios (R:C 10:0 7:3 5:5 3:7).The result indicated that the contents of rumen bacteria 2,6-diaminopimeric acid (DAPA) were stable (2.0mg/g · DM) as the sheep were fed the dietary with R:C ratio 10:0-5:5 and increased significantly to 2.6mg/g -DM as R:C ratio was 3:7.The contents of DAPA reaching duodenum and ileum increased significantly as the level of dietary concentrate increased, they were 0.37-0.50,0.27-0.47mg/g -DM respectively. There were no clear differences between the amount of DAPA reaching duodenum and ileum every day in sheep based on 40kg body weight. They were 0.16-0.19, 0.06-0.07g/day respectively. As the level of dietary concentrate increased, the amount of Cys, Met and Trp in per 100 gram of total of bacteria reduced significantly (p<0.05)(r=0.88). As the level of dietary concentrate increased, the amount of amino acid from bacteria absorbed in small intestine decreased significantly (R:C 7:3-3:7), and those in dietary (R:C 10:0)were lower than in dietary (R:C 7:3), and closed in dietary (R:C 5:5).
