【摘要】 选用AA肉仔鸡雏768只,随机分为2个处理:高能(禽代谢能,MJ/kg)高蛋白(粗蛋白,%)和低能低蛋白,前期:11.9/21.0和12.3/23.0;中期:12.1/19.0和12.6/21.0;后期:13.0/17.0和13.0/17.5。每个处理32个重复,每个重复12只鸡,研究日粮不同能量和蛋白质水平对肉仔鸡生产性能和胴体品质的影响。结果表明:0～3周龄、4～6周龄、0～6周龄以及0～7周龄,高能高蛋白组体重和日增重显著高于低能低蛋白组(P<0.05),第7周龄,高能高蛋白组体重显著高于低能低蛋白组(P<0.05),而日增重差异不显著(P>0.05);饲料转化率与低能低蛋白组相比差异不显著(P>0.05);胴体品质评定表明:高能高蛋白组胴体品质略优于低能低蛋白组,没有达到统计显著水平。从本试验结果看,肉仔鸡高能高蛋白日粮生产性能优于低能低蛋白日粮,前期0～3周龄和中期4～6周龄,日粮营养水平以高能高蛋白为宜,后期第7周龄可酌情降低营养水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 768 Arbor Acres broilers were selected and randomly divided into 2 treatments: high energy (DE, MJ/kg) high protein (Crude Protein, %) diet and low energy low protein diet. The content of energy and protein was 11.9/21.0 or 12.3/23.0 during 0-3 week age; 4-6 week age, 12.1/19.0 or 12.6/21.0; The 7th week age, 13.0/17.0 or 13.0/17.5. There were 32 duplicates per treatment, 12 broilers per duplicate. The body weight (BW) and average daily gain (ADG) of high energy high protein groups were significantly different from low energy low protein groups during 0-3, 4-6, 0-6, 0-7 week age (P<0.05) . During the 7th week, the body weight (BW) was significantly different from low energy low protein groups (P<0.05), ADG was not significantly different (P>0.05). Feed conversion ratio (FCR) was not significantly different from low energy low protein groups (P>0.05). The carcass quality of high energy high protein groups was a little better than low energy low protein groups, although it was not significantly different (P>0.05). The results showed that the performance of high energy high protein diets of broiler was superior to low energy low protein diets. The high energy high protein diets of broiler was fit for 0-3, 4-6 week age and nutrients level might be reduced based on practical conditions.更多还原
