热应激对肉用仔鸡生产性能及硫代巴比妥酸反应物等生理生化指标的影响

【摘要】 选择144只28日龄健康AA商品肉仔鸡,平均分成3组,每组3个重复,每重复16只鸡,饲养在中国农科院畜牧研究所的人工气候舱内的层叠式育雏笼中。3个试验组鸡均采食同一日粮。高温自由采食组(33AL)温度为33℃,湿度为80%(有效温度为37.6℃),适温自由采食组(22AL)及适温配对试验组(22PF)温度为22℃湿度为50%(有效温度为21.2℃)。配对试验组鸡喂给高温组鸡前一天的饲料采食量。环境温度与湿度在整个试验期间保持恒定不变。分别于试验后第0、7和14天称重并每组屠宰8只用于测定。研究结果表明热应激显著降低肉鸡的采食量和生长速度,降低饲料转化率,而且热应激对肉鸡生长速度和饲料转化率的影响不完全依赖于采食量的下降。热应激提高浆肌酸激酶,同时降低三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)及甘油三酯水平,而对血浆胆固醇和钙水平无显著影响。热应激还显著提高肉鸡肝脏及血浆中脂质过氧化水平,而且此影响与热应激造成的采食量的降低无关。

【Abstract】 One hundred and forty-four 28-day-old broilers were equally divided into 3 groups with 3 replicates in each group, 16 chickens in each replicate. Pair test design was adopted to investigate the effect of ambient temperature on growth performance in broilers. One group broilers(22AL) were fed ad libitum in neutral thermal environment ET 21.2℃, AT 22℃ and RH,50%), another group broilers(33AL) raised in high effect temperature (ET 35.2℃, AT 33 ℃ and RH,50%)by ad libitum feeding, the other group broilers (22PF) raised in neutral thermal but given access to feed consumed by 33 AL just before one day. The results indicated that high temperature decreased food intake, growth rate and feed conversion efficiency, which is independent of reduction of food intake. Heat exposure significantly enhanced creatine kinase(CK) and glucose, and reduced triiodothyronine(T3) and triglyceride, whereas the plasma cholesterol and calcium were not influenced. Independent of the decrease of feed intake, high ambient temperature increased TBARS level in liver and plasma of broilers.
