热应激产蛋鸡日粮中添加抗氧化微营养素对其心、肝、蛋中维生素E含量的影响
THE EFFECT OF HIGH AMBIENT TEMPERATURE AND ADDING ANTI-OXIDATIVE MICRO-NUTRIENTS TO THE DIETS ON THE CONTENTS OF VITAMIN E IN THE HEART, LIVER AND EGG OF LAYERS

【摘要】 试验选用24周龄Hy-Line蛋鸡分别饲养于20℃、30℃和35℃环境,并通过日粮添加抗氧化微营养素,观察了产蛋鸡心、肝及其蛋中Vit.E含量分布规律,结果表明:1)环境温度变化极显著地影响蛋鸡心、肝脏中Vit.E水平(P<0.01)。2)通过日和联合添加抗氧化微营养素Vit.E、Vit.C、Se、Cu和Zn(按优化方案),可在热应激期显著提高蛋鸡心、肝脏Vit.E含量(P<0.01或P<0.05)。热应激解除2周后调控效应减弱。3)热应激不能改变体内Vit.E向蛋中的转移过程(P>0.05)。但是,通过日粮中补充抗氧化微营养素,无论是在常温还是在热应激条件下均可显著提高蛋中Vit.E水平(P<0.05或P<0.01)。
【Abstract】 24-week-old HY-Line laying hens were kept at different ambient temperatures 20℃,30℃ and 35℃ to investigate the vitamin E contents in the heart, liver and egg through the supplement of five kinds of anti-oxidative micro-nutrients to the diets. The results showed that: 1) Vitamin E contents in the heart and liver were significantly changed in the groups of high ambient temperatures and dietary treatments (p<0.01). The phenomenon in the heart was more obvious than that in the liver during the early phase of heat-stress.2) Vitamin E content in the egg was not affected (p>0.05), but that in heart and liver was significantly increased with oral administration of vitamin E, vitamin C, Se, Cu and Zn (p<0.01 or p<0.05). These effects were decreased after the withdraw of heat stress. 3) Heat stress did not impact the transportation of vitamin E from the layer’s body to the egg (p>0.05). Vitamin E content in the egg was significantly increased with oral administration of micro-nutrients either in normal ambient temperature or in high ambient temperature (p<0.01 or p<0.05).
