中链脂肪和长链脂肪对初生仔猪营养作用的研究

【摘要】 本试验研究了中链脂肪(MCT)和长链脂肪(LCT)对初生仔猪的营养作用。试验共选取1日龄初生公仔猪9头,随机分成3组,分2次分别口服8ml生理盐水、8ml长链脂肪和8ml中链脂肪,两次口服的时间间隔为12小时。结果表明,与口服生理盐水和长链脂肪比较,口服中链脂肪显著降低了初生仔猪的血浆尿素氮水平(p<0.05),对血浆葡萄糖、甘油三酯、胆固醇和酮体(β-羟丁酸)的水平没有显著影响(p>0.05)。试验结果表明中链脂肪比长链脂肪容易被初生仔猪消化、吸收和利用,给初生仔猪口服中链脂肪能减少体蛋白作为能量来源而被消耗。
【Abstract】 The experiment was conducted to investigate the utilization of orally-dosed medium-chain triglycerides(MCT)and long-chain triglycerides(LCT)in improving the energy status of neonatal piglets. A total of 9 day-old neonatal piglets were allotted to three treatment groups and force-fed 8 ml of MCT, saline or LCT twice at Oh and 12h (the time of the first dosing was marked, so were the followings), respectively. Plasma Urea N concentrations in pigs given MCT significantly decreased (p<0.05) as compared with those given saline or LCT. There were no significant difference (p>0.05) in plasma glucose, triglycerides, cholesterol ketone body(β-hydroxybutyrate) concentrations in pigs force-fed MCT, saline or LCT at any time. The results of this study indicate that MCT is better utilized than LCT by the neonatal piglets and that the supplementation of MCT may spare critical fuels such as body protein which were stored in the piglets prior to birth.
