日粮中添加抗氧化微营养素对热应激产蛋鸡机体免疫功能的影响

【摘要】 试验选用24周龄Hy-Line蛋鸡分别饲养于20℃、30℃和35℃环境,并通过日粮添加抗氧化微营养索,观察了产蛋鸡血清和卵黄中新城疫血凝抑制效价变化规律。结果表明,1)在本研究条件下,高温应激可使产蛋鸡机体免疫力增强(P<0.01),卵黄中新城疫血凝抑制效价亦随环境温度升高而升高。2)通过日粮添加抗氧化微营养素Vit.E、Vit.C、Se、Cu和Zn,可在常温和热应激条件下提高机体免疫力以及卵黄新城疫血凝抑制效价(P<0.01)。

【Abstract】 24-week-old Hy-Line laying hens were kept at different ambient temperatures of 20℃, 30℃ and 35℃ to investigate the ND hemagglutination inhibitor titer in the serum and the yolk. Meanwhile, the immune funclion was also invesligaled. The resulls showed that: 1) Immunity enhancement was found at 3 weeks post heat stress (P<0.01), which was indicaled by higher ND hemagglulinalion inhibitor titer both in the serum and yolk with the increasing of ambienl temperatures. 2) ND hemagglutinalion inhibitor tiler in Ihe yolk were enhanced with dietary supplementation with the anti-oxidative micronutrients (P<0.01).
