产蛋期褐壳蛋鸡日粮中胆碱对甜菜碱替代蛋氨酸效果的影响

【摘要】 采用玉米-豆粕型日粮(表观代谢能11.29MJ/kg,粗蛋白质16.50%,胆碱1110mg/kg,含硫氨基酸0.55%),选择144只26同龄产蛋高峰期北京红鸡,随机分为6组,分别给饲6种日粮,日粮中胆碱、蛋氨酸、甜菜碱添加量(mg/kg)分别为0、0、0;600、600、0;0、600、0;600、300、300;0、300、300;0、0、600。结果表明:日粮中添加蛋氨酸或/和甜菜碱,产蛋量显著升高(P<0.05),饲料转化效率明显改善(P<0.05)。日粮中蛋氨酸不足时,以等量甜菜碱补充(300mg/kg甜菜碱替代300 mg/kg蛋氨酸,或者600 mg/kg甜菜碱替代600 mg/kg蛋氨酸),对产蛋性能、饲料转化效率、血浆尿酸水平、氮表观存留率和血脂水平均无不良影响。甜菜碱替代蛋氨酸的效果不受日粮中是否添加胆碱的影响。产蛋鸡玉米-豆粕型日粮中,满足含硫氨基酸需要量的90%时,其不足部分可用甜菜碱补充。
【Abstract】 A layer diet based on corn-soybean meal containing 11.29 MJ AME/kg, 16.50% CP, 1110 mg choline/kg and 0.55% TSAA was used in this experiment. One hundred and forty-four laying hens were allocated to one of the six treatments of 24 birds each. The basal diet was supplemented with choline, methionine and betaine at 0,0 and 0; 600,600 and 0; 0, 600 and 0; 600, 300 and 300; 0, 300 and 300; 0, 0 and 600 mg/kg, respectively. Dietary supplementation of methionine or/and betaine significantly increased egg mass and improved feed efficacy (P<0.05). However, there were no obvious effects on egg quality. When methionine was deficient, supplying betaine as equal amount of methionine did not influence egg production, egg quality, feed efficiency, nitrogen retention and lipid metabolism in blood. The sparing effect of methionine by betaine was irrelevant to dietary choline supplementation. It suggests that betaine is capable of sparing methionine when 90% amount of methionine requirement is supplied in the basal diet.
