不同形态铬在肉仔鸡体内的代谢与沉积

【摘要】 本试验研究了不同铬源(三氯化铬、甘氨酸铬与哟啶羟酸铬)及不同水平(0,0.4mg/kg与4mg/kg)在肉仔鸡体内的代谢与沉积。试验结果表明:关于铬的代谢,吡啶羟酸铬、甘氨酸铬较三氯化铬以及4mg/kg水平较0.4mg/kg水平、0.4mg/kg水平较零水平显著提高了血浆铬及肝铬水平(p<O.01)。关于铬的沉积,对于铬源而言,吡啶羟酸铬与甘氨酸铬较的沉积量及沉积率显著高于三氯化铬(p<0.01);对铬的添加水平而言,随着铬添加水平的增加,铬的沉积量增加(p<0.01)而沉积率显著下降(p<0.01)。

【Abstract】 The effects of various forms of chromium on chromium metabolism and deposition in broilers with CrCl3, Cr-Gly, Cr-Pic at 0.4 and 4mg/kg (as Cr) level were studied. The results showed that the plasma and liver chromium were elevated more significantly by Cr-Pic and Cr-Gly than by CrCl, (p<0.05), and by 0.4 and 4mg/kg than by zero level (p<0.05). The chromium deposition was increased more efficiently by Cr-Pic and Cr-Gly than by CrCl3 while the chromium deposition percentage as chromium intake decreased with increased chromium level (p<0.01). The chromium supplement promoted the metabolism and deposition of chromium in broilers.
