【摘要】 本试验通过对鸡球虫苗与抗球虫药物在大生产中的应用对比,以球虫病发生情况、粪便卵囊数、生产性能等为指标.观察了两者的应用效果。结果表明球虫苗在免疫后20天可产生较好的免疫,疫苗组和抗球虫药组都有球虫病的发生,这与球虫的耐药性、饲养管理水平以及疫苗的毒力有关。在生产性能上两者基本相同。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using one auto - genous Coccida vaccine and anti - coccida drugs in this experiment, the effectiveness of them were compared in yellow feather chickens by the standards of O. P. G. , incidence of Coccida disease, production rate etc.. The result showed that the chickens could obtain steady immune response to coccida disease antigen after being vaccinated with this auto - genous vaccine. We have also observed that there was a very low number of coccida incidence in both coccida vaccine group and anti -coccidia drug group. All these facts may be related with different levels of managemence in chicken production, coccida anti-drug ability, and virulence of coccida strains. On the whole, the auto-genous vaccine and anti-coccida drugs were of same effect in yellow feather chicken prodution.更多还原
