天津地区鸡致病性大肠杆菌血清型分布及其优势血清型的外膜蛋白型研究

【摘要】 从天津地区各区县养鸡场分离的经生化鉴定、动物回归试验获得45株鸡致病性大肠杆菌。对45株致病性大肠杆菌进行血清型鉴定.共定型出31株.分属14个血清型.其中O78,O88,O2,O45,O53,O14为优势血清型.占定型菌株的58.3%。提取O78(6株)、O88(3株)、O2(3株)3个血清型11个分离株的外膜蛋白(Outer membrane protein.OMP)测定其OMP型.SDS-PAGE分析表明这些分离株共产生了3个OMP型.OMP-1型由2条带组成.OMP-2型和OMP-3型均由3条带组成.但OMP-3型分子量最大的一条带的迁移率明显低于OMP-2型相应条带。OMP-1型和OMP-2型由O78,O68,O23个血清型所共有。OMP-3型为O78血清型所独有。这表明同一血清型的菌株可能属于完全不同的OMP型.而血清型不同的菌株也可能为同一OMP型

【Abstract】 45 strains of Pathogenic Escherichia coli(E. coli) were isolated from chicken farms in Tianjin region and were studied for O serotypes. Thirty one of them were identified as O type belonged to 14 serogroups predominant the O78,O88,O2,O45,O53 and O145. Outer membrane proteins (OMP) were prepared from 11 strains belonged to O78,O88 and O2 serogroups. SDS -PAGE analysis showed that 3 OMP patterns were found from these strains. OMP pattern consisted of two protein bands was named OMP-1 pattern. OMP - 2 and OMP - 3 pattern had of three protein bands and the largest protein band of OMP-3 pattern moved slower than that of the OMP -2. The OMP-1 pattern and OMP-2 pattern were found from all of the O78, O88 and O2 serogroups, but the OMP-3 pattern were only seen from O78 serogroups. These results showed that strains of different O serogroups of chicken E. coli could have the same OMP pattern and the strains belong to the same O serogroup could have different OMP patterns.
