【摘要】 对从病鸭群中分离的鸭“传染性肿头症”病毒对雏鸭致病性进行研究.证明其对雏鸭致病力强,致死率为100%.人工感染的潜伏期为3-6d。人工感雏鸭的症状和病理变化与自然发病病例相类似。从感染途径看,注射、消化道、呼吸道均能感染发病。用商品蛋鸡群生产鸡抗鸭“传染性肿头症”高免卵黄抗体.有较好的预防效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract The duck "infectious swollen head " virus was isolated from the duck. The artificial infection test suggested that the duckle "infectious swollen head "virus had a high pathogenicity to yang duck. 8-day-old duck can be infected with a 100% morbility and a 100% mortality. The delitescence of artificial infection was 3-6d. The experimental duck had the same clinical symptoms and pathological changes as the natural case. The pathogen can be transmitted by inoculation,alimentary and breathe canal infection. The chicken IgY antibody resisting the virus was good at preventing the disease.更多还原
