【Abstract】 Microtitre HI test was used to detect the antibody titres in serum samples from 8 clinically positive flocks of chicken and 14 negative ones. 161 out of 167 samples from positive flocks had titres more than or equal to 1:16 . However, 640 out of 648 samples from negative flocks had titres less than or equal to 1:4. After analysis of data from negative flocks, we concluded that a threshold for positive samples was ≥1:16 .更多还原
