【摘要】 通过对50例蛋用型鸡尸体剖检和组织病理学观察,发现病鸡极度消瘦、脱水,羽毛囊出血.鸡爪出血.鸡冠苍白.贫血,趾骨隆凸.胸骨内侧有黄白色奶油样肿瘤结节。在肝、脾、肾、卵巢、输卵管、肺、骨髓、腺胃、肠道等可见胞浆内充满球形的、嗜酸性颗粒的灶状或弥漫性的骨髓瘤细胞,该变化是J亚群禽白血病病理学的特征性变化.具有证病意义。经抗ALV-J囊膜蛋白gp85特异性的单克隆抗体免疫组化方法检测显示:骨髓、肝脏、脾脏、肾脏、肺脏、心脏、胰脏、输卵管、卵巢、腺胃、骨骼肌、大脑、坐骨神经的组织切片中均检出阳性抗原.免疫组化的研究结果与病理学诊断结果相一致。本研究属世界上首次发现并报道蛋用型鸡发生J亚群白血病的自然病例。更多还原

【Abstract】 It was found from clinical symptom and autopsy that chickens were extremely slim and dehydrated, bursa and claw of chickens were bleed, cockscomb was pale and anaemic, phalange were bulged, many yellow to white cream - like tumor knot were seen inside of sternum. There were multifocal or widespread marrow tumor cells filled with ball - like acidophilic particles in cytosol from the liver, spleen, kidney, ovarium, oviduct, lung, marrow, ventriculus glandularis and gut according to histopathology examination, these are the characteristic pathology changes of avian leukosis caused by ALV - J and have values for diagnosis. The result revealed from Immunohistochemistry with monoclonal antibody against gp85 envelope protein of avian leukosis virus subgroup J(ALV-J)that all organs examined contained detectable antigen. These organs are marrow, liver, spleen, kindey, lung, heart, pancrea, tuba uterina, ovary, ventriculus glanduaris, skeletal muscule, cerebrum, N. ischiacticus. The result of immunohistrochemistry agrees with that of pathology diagnosis. It is the first study at home and abroad that discovered and reported natural disease of ALV-J from egg -type chickens.更多还原
