热应激中蛋鸡血液和肝脏SOD活性的动态变化

【摘要】 320日龄海赛褐蛋鸡144只在人工气候室中连续10天热应激(27-38℃)处理。用NBT光还原法测定了血液红细胞和肝脏组织中SOD活性。结果表明:高温组与常温组相比,血液中红细胞SOD动态活性降低,并维持在一个低于常温组的新水平上:肝脏SOD动态活性同时降低,其最低值低于常温组:肝脏和血液SOD活性呈显著正相关,相关系数为γ=0.65。
【Abstract】 144 Hisex laying hens aged 320 days were divided into 2 treatments of high (27-38℃) and normal (23℃). The activity of SOD in red-cell and in liver was determined respectively. The results indicated that, the activity of SOD in red cell in 27-38℃ declined significantly, first day in heat-stress, decreased 32.1% (P<0.01) ,then remained a level below the normal temperature. The activity of SOD in liver showed a regarding trend as in blood, and its level was lower than the normal (P< 0.05) . The results showed that the activity of SOD between liver and blood was corre1ated (r=0.65)
