不同锌源的吸收、代谢及调控机理

【摘要】 锌是动物营养中的一种重要必需微量元素,由于传统无机锌源生物学效价较低,开发新的锌源是近年来的研究热点之一。氨基酸螯合锌作为新一代锌源的代表受到了广泛关注。本文介绍动物机体对不同锌源的吸收、代谢及调控机理研究的一些进展。
【Abstract】 Zinc is an essential micro element in animal nutrition. For inorganic zinc has some disadvantage, scientist are devoting to explore new zinc sources. Amino acid chelation was paid more attention. This article reviews on the absorption, metabolism and regulation of organic zinc and inorganic zinc.
