【摘要】 自1998年以来,于福建、浙江、广东等省发生了一种以高发病率、高死亡率、软脚、摇头和肝脏、脾脏、胰脏大量白色坏死点为特征的鸭传染病,暂定名为鸭白点病。我们对三个发病严重的鸭场的病死鸭开展了病原学研究,细菌学检查均为阴性,但均分离到病毒,并对其中一株病毒进行了鉴定,经负染及超薄切片电镜观察、理化特性及生物学特性测定及核酸类型测定等确定该病毒为疱疹病毒科成员,但经血清中和试验表明该病毒与鸭瘟病毒、鸭疱疹病毒Ⅱ型无血清学相关性,则暂定名为鸭疱疹病毒Ⅲ型。通过人工感染试验复制出与自然感染病死鸭相同的病变,初步表明该病毒为鸭白点病病原,此为国内外首次报道。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new infectious disease characterized by high morbidity, high Mortality, weak foot, head stringing and lots of white necrotic spots in liver, spleen and pancreas occurred in Fu-jian, Zhejing and Guangdong provinces Since 1998. Etiological study of the diseased ducks was carried out. Three strains of viruses were isolated from the livers and spleens of the diseased ducks of three duck farms, one of which was used to be identified. On the basis of its morphology, size, chemophysical and biological characters and nucleic acid type, the virus was categorized into herpesviridae. It was named tentatively as duck herpesvirus type I because of serological differences from duck plague virus and duck herpesvirus type E . The results of experimental infection tests showed preliminayily that duck white spot disease (named tentatively) is caused by this virus. It is first reported.更多还原
