【Abstract】 Ornithobacterium rhinotracheale (ORT) is a newly emerging bacterium associated with respiratory infection of poultry. Many countries have isolated the bacterium. Here we examined 6 field isolates from chickens suffering from an infectious coryza condition. Based on morphological and biochemical tests (including API-20NE kit), PCR tests and agglutination test, 2 out of 6 isolates were believed to be ORT.更多还原
