鹅副粘病毒分类地位之初探

【摘要】 对自患病鹅群分离的一株鹅副粘病毒(GPV)YG97株经红细胞凝集(HA)和红细胞凝集抑制(HI)试验证明与NDV存在着极大的相关性。参考NDV的三个毒力指标——最小致死量鸡胚平均死亡时间(MDT)、1日龄鸡脑内接种致病指数(ICPI)和6周龄鸡静脉接种致病指数(IVPI)对YG97株了进行测定,表明其具有与NDV速发型相类似的毒力,属强毒力毒株。应用RT-PCR技术对的F基因重要功能区片段扩增后进行序列测定,并与多株已报导的新城疫病毒(NDV)相应片段进行序列比较,经遗传进化树分析后,初步判定其为禽副粘病毒-Ⅰ型,属基因Ⅶ型NDV。
【Abstract】 A goose Paramyxovirus isolate YG97 was determined by HA and HI tests to demonstrate that it was closely related to Newcastle Disease Virus ( NDV ). The in vivo pathogenicity tests showed that this isolate belonged to velognic type NDV according to mean death time of chicken embryos ( MDT ), intracerebral pathogenicity index in day-old chicks ( ICPI ) and intravenous pathgenicity index in 6-week-old chickens (IVPI ). By using RT-PCR technique,the fusion gene of the isolate was amplified and further sequenced. Based on the sequence and other correspondent sequences of reference NDV strains, a phylogenetic tree was established and showed that the isolate YG97 belonged to the genotype VII NDV virus, a novel genotype NDV.
