【摘要】 CVI988/Rispens冷冻疫苗是目前用于鸡马立克氏病免疫预防效果最好、应用范围最广泛的血清Ⅰ型弱毒疫苗。安全性试验表明该疫苗毒株毒力的致弱是持久而稳定的。随着野外毒株毒力变异增强,CVI988/Rispens疫苗对于野外强毒、超强毒和特超强毒的攻击感染均具有较高的免疫保护效力,并将继续在今后作为一种重要而有效的免疫手段应用于鸡马立克氏病的防制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Providing the high protection indices to virulent, very virulent and very virulent ( + ) field strain of Marek’s Disease virus, the serotype I attenuated vaccine (strain CVI988/ Rispens) is up to now the most effective and widely used vaccine to control MD. The results of the safety tests showed that the attenuated virus strain do not revert to virulence. In the future, administration of the vaccine will still be an important and effective approach to control the disease.更多还原
