【摘要】 用ND LaSota弱毒株、EDS76毒株、IBD地方分离株-JD2及D78株,分别接种鸡胚、鸭胚,收集尿囊液等含毒组织,结合JD2囊组织毒,制备各种病毒抗原液,经福尔马林灭活后按一定比例混合,再加入含硒免疫增强剂,与白油佐剂乳化成油包水型三联乳剂疫苗。对三联苗各项技术指标进行了测定,证明本疫苗安全、无副作用,接种后2～3周产生免疫保护,ND和EDS76攻毒保护率为100%。通过免疫抗体检测,该三联苗均能产生较高效价的抗体,其中IBD AGP抗体效价达7.42log2;ND HI抗体效价达9.24log2;EDS76HI抗体效价达9.18log2。种鸡注苗后8周测定其1日龄雏鸡IBD AGP抗体阳性率为96.35%。本疫苗在河北省一些种鸡场和蛋鸡场应用,均获得满意效果,有效控制了ND、EDS76及IBD的发生与流行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Combined with burae tissue suspension of IBDV strain JD2, antigens were prepared with the allantoic liquid pooled from embryos of chickens and ducklings inoculated respectively with live virus strain ND LaSota, EDS76, IBD D78 and IBD isolates JD2. After inactivated with formalin, the antigens were mixed in suitable proportion immediately before addition of im-munopotentiator containing Se. Then the trivalent inactivated vaccine was manufactured after the above product was emulsified into water-in-oil type. The trivalent vaccine complied with the tests of safety. It could provide birds pi 2 - 3 weeks with protection. The protection rate was 100% when challenged with NDV and EDS76 virus. When measure the antibody response, the trivalent vaccine could produce comparatively high titre of the antibody, include AGP antibody of IBD (7. 42lg2), HI antibody of ND (9. 24lg2) and HI antibody of EDS76 (9. 18lg2). The positive rate of AGP antibody of IBD in the sera from the chickens was 96. 35% after their breeding hens were vaccinated 8 weeks. The trivalent vaccine has been used in some breeding and commercial layers farm of Hebei province. The good results demonstrated that the vaccine could control the occurrence and epidemic of ND, EDS76 and IBD effectively.更多还原
