【Abstract】 Based on the evaluation system of city competence,the talented person competence,this paper builds an evaluation system to estimate the Jiangsu area competitiveness pf talents.Three main parts are involved in this evaluation system,which refer to the talented person body competition,the talented person efficacy competition. and the talented person environment competition,and 22 indexes are contained.更多还原
