【Abstract】 Through the strategy of internet-platform,users to control their own information,and achieving real-time interaction by the complex data transformation, Web2.0 is opening the prelude of organically organizing,spreading and deepening all kinds of knowledge.Constructing the open access model of knowledge sharing with Chinese characteristics of no time limitation,no restrictions on crowd and no geographical restrictions will speed up the junctional or integrational pace of our and others’ knowledge information,vigorously promote construction and improvement of new socialistic knowledge system.更多还原
