【摘要】 论文基于技术创新的过程模式,结合CoPS创新的过程特征,在对Freeman利益相关者分析矩阵改进的基础上,构建了CoPS创新系统集成商的利益相关者分析矩阵(二维和三维矩阵)。论文认为,利益相关者在CoPS创新的过程中有不同的权力和利益诉求,并随着创新过程的展开,其权力和利益呈动态变化。只有动态地掌握利益相关者的权力和利益动态变化的特征,并积极地响应他们的诉求,CoPS创新才能有效地开展,达到预期的目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the process model of technology innovation,and combining with the process features of CoPS innovation,we construct the stakeholders’analysis matrix(planar and three-dimensional)in CoPS innovation through transforming the Freeman frame of stakeholders’analysis.Stakeholders have different demands of powers and interests in the process of CoPS innovation,and with the innovation process starts,their powers and interests show dynamic change.Only dynamic mastering the characteristics of stakeholders’powers and interests,and responding positively to their demands,CoPS innovation can be effectively carded out and achieve the desired objective.更多还原
