基于专利权人共被引的企业技术创新态势研究
Exploring technological innovation situation of enterprise based on patent assignee co-citation analysis

【摘要】 专利文献蕴含了宝贵的信息,本文以皮肤洗护类专利为例,开展专利权人共被引分析,通过绘制"系统聚类图"和"专利权人地图",得出了该领域的专利主要分布在三个区域,分别是化工倾向区域、化妆品倾向区域和化工化妆品交界区域,其中化工化妆品交界区为核心专利区;专利权人均为公司,且主要分布在欧美和日本两个地区,其中前者在化工技术领域和日用消费品领域较有优势,日本地区有较多公司从事化妆品技术研究开发工作等结论。这同时也证明了该方法应用于企业技术创新态势研究是可行的。
【Abstract】 Patent literature contains precious information.Taking skin cleaning patents as an example,this paper has conducted the patent assignee co-citation analysis by drawing hierarchical cluster map and patent assignee map, revealing the following conclusions:patents mainly distribute among three fields,chemical-engineering industry oriented field,cosmetics oriented field and chemical-cosmetics field,with the last one as the core patent field;all patent assignees are corporations,mainly distributing in European-American and Japanese districts,of which the former has advantage in chemical-engineering industry and nondurable consumer goods and the latter has many corporations engaging in cosmetics R&D.It is also convinced that this approach is feasible in exploring the technological innovation situation of enterprises.
