【Abstract】 The scientific and technical transformation of the universities& colleges in our countries is an important impetus to impelling the management of scientific-technical innovation and the development of market economy. But the bad influences of system, mechanism and idea upon the scientific and technical transformation result in there are many 1 achievements of technological research could not transfer into productive forces. In this article, according to the correlative theory of path dependence, the author analyze the status in quo and obstacles during the management of science research achievements in our country’s universities& colleges, further more, some innovative approaches to deal with scientific research management in the universities& colleges of our country.更多还原
