【摘要】 地方财政科技投入是中央财政科技投入的补充与强化。本文在参考国内外相关文献的基础上,运用协整检验及误差修正模型对我国1990-2005年地方财政科技投入与科技创新的关系进行了实证分析。首先是数据选取与赋权值处理,然后进行协整分析并建立了误差修正模型。结果表明,地方财政科技投入与科技创新之间存在着协整关系,二者呈现出长期稳定的特征,前者对后者具有推动作用。同时,文末还对我国地方财政科技投入的策略提出了一些建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Regional financial technology input is the supplementary and strengthening of the central financial technology input. The author make an empirical analyze on regional financial technology input and technology innovation in 1990-2005 of our country by cointegration test and error correction model. First, the author selected data and put them some weight, then, analyzed the cointegration relationship and set up the error correction model. The result shows that, there are the relationship of cointegration between regional financial technology input and technology innovation. They are stable in a long term. The backer may impulse the former. In the end, the author put forwarded some advices.更多还原
