【摘要】 探讨高校科技创新队伍建设的路径,应当从价值维度上考虑学术理性、民主理性和效率理性的关系,从要素维度上考虑资源、制度和传统的关系,从运作维度上考虑政府行政权力、学校行政权力、教师学术共同体权力的关系。政府行政主导路径、高校行政主导路径容易以行政逻辑取代学术逻辑,不利于弘扬学术理性,积累学术传统;教师学术共同体主导路径则难以解决资源、制度及效率问题。三者合作路径是最佳选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 To discuss the viable path of the community-construction of university science-technology innovation, we should think it over about the relations among academic rationality, democracy rationality and efficiency rationality from fundamental-value dimension, the relations among resources, institutions and traditions from elements dimension, and the relations among government power, power of university administration and power of academic community from operation dimension. If government leads, or university administration leads, it will lead to academic logic is substituted by administrative logic, and go against academic rationality and shaping of well academic tradition. If academic community leads, it’s difficult to solve the problem-complexity of resources, institutions and efficiency sonly. Maybe, the most viable path is coordination of these three part.更多还原
