【摘要】 非营利组织的迅速成长改变了企业的生存环境,企业与非营利组织协同发展以获取竞争优势成为崭新的研究方向。本文以“协同网络”概念为研究起点,通过刻画企业行为的社会嵌入性特征,阐释了协同网络形成及扩展的机制,并在构建网络特征—能力—竞争优势概念模型的基础上,揭示了协同网络特征对企业竞争优势的作用机理,完善性地拓展了传统的企业竞争优势理论。更多还原

【Abstract】 NPO has grown up rapidly, which changes the environments of corporation. The fact that the corporation coordinates NPO to attain competitive advantages has been a new problem. This paper begins with the concept of coordinating Network. By describing the social embeddedness of firm behavior, it sets forth the establishing and expending mechanism of coordinating network. Finally this paper explains the principle about competitive advantage by analyzing the network feature in theory on the basis of feature-competence-competitive advantage model, which tries to provide an expanding analytical framework.更多还原
