【摘要】 通过对世界经济论坛1999—2005年度《全球竞争力报告》数据进行分析研究发现, 我国经济缺乏核心竞争力。增强经济核心竞争力的方式在于掌握自主知识产权,本文对我国与日本、美国专利收入与支出占世界比例对比、按价值法计算的我国技术来源数据进行分析。利用我国1978—1998人均产出增长来源数据和1990—2000中国授权发明专利数量国际数据, 得出我国缺乏自主知识产权积累的结论,提出以国家创新体系为平台构筑我国的自主知识产权创新体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through analysis on the data of "Global Competitiveness Report" 1999-2005,provided by World economic forum, we find that Chinese economy lacks the core competitive ability. The way of enhancing core competitive ability lies in grasping the independent intellectual property rights.Compared with Chinese, Japanese and American patents’ income and disbursement occpupies the world proportion, analysis on the data of Chinese technology source according to the value law and using 1990-2000 Chinese invention patent data, we draw the conclusion that China lacks the accumulation of independent intellectual property rights,propose our country take national innovation system as platform to realize independent intellectual property rights.更多还原
