【Abstract】 In the socio-economic content, the cooperation of the carriers of the interaction between science and society -university, industry and government- preconditions innovation. Thus, the direct purpose of the science and technology policy (STP) is to facilitate the interplay of those three. While at the same time, science should develop a closer rapport with society, which should constitute the last object of STP besides the technology innovation which the author articulates by using the Triple Helix Model.更多还原
