喷雾干燥法制备耐高温型微胶囊化甜橙油

【摘要】 研究了九种不同壁材对所制备微胶囊化甜橙油耐高温性能的影响,得到了制备耐高温型微胶囊化甜橙油的合适壁材。同时考察了喷雾干燥工艺(如固形物浓度、进风温度和出风温度)对产品质量的影响,得到了优化的喷雾干燥工艺。
【Abstract】 Effect of nine different wall materials on the heat - resistant properties of microencapsulated sweet orange oil was investigated. And suitable wall materials was obtained. In addition, the influence of spray drying technologies such as solid content, inlet temperature and outlet temperature on the product quality was further studied and optimum process was concluded.
