【摘要】 本综述介绍了3-巯基脂肪醇和它的硫醚类、硫醇类、1,3-氧杂环己烷和γ-sultine等衍生物。同时还介绍了它们的化学结构,香气特征和合成方法。
【Abstract】 The review introduces 3-mercaptoalkanols and their derivatives, including the mercaptan, Sul-fide, 1,3-Oxathian and γ-Sultine. This article also introduces the chemical structures, odor characteristics and synthetic methods of them.
