昆明罗勒精油的化学成份

【摘要】 采用常压水蒸气蒸馏法提取昆明出产的绿茎和紫茎罗勒精油,含量分别为2.5‰(v/w)和 1.3‰(v/w)。并用GC/MS和GC对这两种罗勒精油进行了化学成份分析,共计分离出26个化学成份,鉴定了其中的20个化学成份,已鉴定化学成份占全精油量的98.18%和96.89%。主要成份是甲基黑椒酚 (82.32%,81.28%),其中绿茎罗勒精油不含樟脑。
【Abstract】 The essential oil of green and purple stem basils grows in Kunming were extracted by general steam distillation with 2.5 ‰ (v/w) and 1.3 ‰ (v/w) oil yield respectively. The chemical constituents of two basils oil are analyzed by GC/MS and GC. As the result, 26 components were separated, in which, 20 analyzed components making up 98.18% and 96.89% of total essential oil. The main components are methylchavicol (82.32% , 81.28% ), the essential oil of green stem basil doesn’t contain camphor.
