模型预测控制在网络化制造环境下SCM中的应用

【摘要】 针对网络化制造环境下供应链需求不确定的特点,采用模型预测控制技术解决供应链管理中库存的动态优化问题。首先,阐述了模型预测控制的机理及其在供应链动态控制方面的适应性;其次,建立了成本目标优化模型,提出控制法则并给出控制算法;最后,仿真结果表明,模型预测控制技术在预测合理库存水平以及控制动态、不确定的供应链系统是可行的。
【Abstract】 Model predictive control was applied to solve the dynamic optimization problems of the inventory in supply chain management for the demand uncertainty of supply chain under networked manufacturing. Firstly, the mechanism of model predictive control and the adaptability of dynamic control in supply chain were presented. Secondly, the model of the cost objective optimization was established, and the general optimal control law and control algorithm were proposed. Finally, the feasibility of model predictive control could forecast reasonable inventory level and control dynamic and uncertainty supply chain system were shown by the simulation results.
