教育的科学发展观与系统科学
Scientific Outlook on Education Development and Systems Science

【摘要】 本文从系统科学的基本原则出发,探讨我国高等教育的主要问题,指出教育的关键是质量.并指出,目前教育改革的关键之一是高教制度的改革.但改革要找到根本解,否则将是表面问题改善,新的问题随之发生,而且老问题还会再次不定期出现.文中指出目前教育的两大症结问题:平等竞争机制和人的创造性张力的产生.这两个问题将涉及到目前与高等教育相关的绝大多数问题的根源.
【Abstract】 The paper was approached the primary problems about higher education of China with systems science’s foundational principles.It was Pointed that the key to education is the quality. And it pointed the one of the most important for education reformation is the reformation of college entrance examination system But the reformation need to find the essential solution.Otherwise sur- face problems were solved,but deep problems still exist and new problems will arose once again. Two cruxes in education of China:equality competition and innovation tension were pointed in the paper.They will expose that the source of greater part of problems in education of China now.
