【摘要】 在新型农村合作医疗制度中,中央政府、地方政府以及农民个人之间医疗费用的分摊是影响这一制度实施的一个重要因素.本文通过对新型农村合作医疗服务供给条件的分析,设计了一种实现新型农村合作医疗服务有效供给的机制,这种机制能够诱发每个新农合成员对新型农村合作医疗服务的价值做出如实评价,从而按照一个合理的比例分摊医疗费用,优化医疗资源配置.最后,本文还对新型农村合作医疗政策的进一步改进提出了相关建议.更多还原

【Abstract】 In the new rural cooperative medical system,the proportion of medical service fee in center government,local government and countrymen is a key factor that affects the system’s carry- ing out.In this paper,the provision conditions are analyzed and a provision mechanism is given. The mechanism can induce the member making truly evaluation on the value of service and accord- ingly a rational proportion fee is given and medical resource deploying is optimized.At last,some advices on improving of medical policy are given.更多还原
